Most questions are answered below. If yours isn't, email us — a real person reads it, usually within two business days.
Sign in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with, open Lumiere, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it follows you to any iPhone you sign in on.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us, so cancelling happens in iOS: open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose Lumiere, then Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase and request a refund. We can't issue refunds directly because we never receive your payment details — Apple does.
Ingredient lists are printed in small type on curved, reflective packaging, so occasionally a scan misreads one. Try again in brighter, even light, hold the phone parallel to the label rather than at an angle, and flatten the surface if you can. If a specific product consistently fails, email us the product name and we'll look at it.
The analysis needs a connection, since the ingredient interpretation happens server-side. Your saved products, routines and shelf-life countdowns remain viewable offline.
Open Settings inside the app and edit your skin type, concerns and sensitivities. Changing your profile re-scores everything — your saved products will show updated match scores straight away.
Check that notifications are enabled for Lumiere in the iOS Settings app under Notifications, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't suppressing them. Inside the app, confirm reminders are switched on for the specific routine or product.
Yes. You can delete your account and associated data from within the app's settings, or email us at the address below and we'll take care of it.
Not currently. Lumiere is an iPhone app. If an Android version arrives, it'll be announced on this site.
No. Lumiere provides cosmetic-ingredient information and product-compatibility guidance. It doesn't diagnose or treat skin conditions. For persistent acne, suspected rosacea, eczema, any changing mole, or a reaction that isn't settling, see a dermatologist.

All purchases go through Apple. Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
